The “main” campus of Central Methodist University is located in Fayette, MO. The College of Graduate and Extended Studies has established campus centers at various locations throughout the state including Clinton, Columbia, Lake of the Ozarks, Park Hills, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, St. Louis, Trenton and Union.

The 2006-2007 employment rate for CMU graduates is 97%, and 20% go on to graduate or professional schools. This is from an 86% response rate conducted six months after graduation.
