Chapter 4: Complete File Interview Policy 1. Complete File Interview Policy
Before a District Committee on Ministry (DCOM) or the Board of Ordained Ministry (BOM) assesses a candidate, a file must be “properly before the committee.” That requires submitting completed required assessments including background checks, psychological assessments, and other evaluations. A candidate will not be interviewed without a complete file of required evaluations and assessments.
